1. Licensure Information:
I currently possess the following licensure germane to this enterprise:
a. City of Cypress Business License #I-040430-P
b. City of Cypress Home Occupation Permit #07-070
2. Owner/User Responsibility
You, the owner/user of your 2-way radio, are responsible for knowing and abiding by the laws and regulations regarding the use of your radio. This includes but is not limited to such matters as type-acceptance, power and bandwidth settings, licensure, and authorization to receive and/or transmit on specific frequencies. I am not the "radio police". I will program your radio as you request. By using my services, you agree to release me from any and all liability that may arise from the operation of your radio. I also cannot provide you with "official" legal advice regarding these matters, but I will try to give you helpful information as you request..
2. Technician's Lien
Upon completion of your programming job, I will notify you of the total amount due for the work. I expect your prompt payment within 15 days of the date of the notice. If payment in full is not received, I reserve the right to apply a lien against your radio according to the Mechanic's Lien laws of the State of California. This will result in significant additional charges to resolve the lien and delays in the return of your radio to you. What say we play nice, abide by the rules of common courtesy in business, and not go this route?
